Vessel Chartering has become more complex as vessel owners become more affluent. 

To ensure that each vessel is able to effectively operate optimally, we proactively engage senior officers to physically sight and check that all cargo gears and pumps, machineries and cargo hatches that are relevant to the cargo operations are fully functional as each vessel passes bunkering ports; we term this as“Running Hire Survey”. 

Pre-arrival scheduling of bunkers at least 6 days prior to the arrival of each vessel is paramount to achieving quickest turn-around times, further checks on the location, distance and specifications of manifolds plus receiving rates further guarantees the shortest port stay for bunkering operations.

Loading / Discharging in Port at Terminals, Wharves and Jetties 

Singapore averages over 1000 vessels of various types and sizes yearly calling into port for loading and discharging of a plethora of cargoes in the likes of Liquid petroleum , Chemical cargoes, Dry bulk cargoes, General  / Project Cargoes at various terminals and wharves.

Further ensuring that all Crewing Policies are exercised and observed by the crews, we perform audits of each Crew Manning Agent to ensure that they operate within the recommended perimeters of IMO (MLC) and ITF. 

Spot audits of vessels for Alcohol and Drug abuse is carried out periodically onboard vessels to ensure that no crew is beyond the policies set forth by the owners. 

We base our audits in tandem with class societies recommendations and formats; this further ensures that during the necessary MLC audits by class societies, all outstanding matters if any, are resolved in advance.
